At To The Point 101, many of our products are made to order. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Because many items are made after your order is placed, processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary, but most U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days after processing.
Some items may arrive separately if they are fulfilled by different production partners or shipped from different locations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, delivery location, product type, and fulfillment provider.
Before completing your purchase, you will be able to review your shipping cost at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking details to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. To The Point 101 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or leasing office first.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
